2 cucumber wheels
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz le tourment vert
2 tblsp fennel
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz Siembra Azul Tequila Blanco
Garnish with a cucumber fan & cubes.
Muddle the cucumber and fennel in the shaker/mixing glass then add the rest of the ingredients, add ice, shake and strain over crushed ice in a Absinthe/Rocks glass with a hawthorn strainer and fine mesh strainer (bar chinois).
